  • A Guide To Deuce To Seven Lowball Tournaments

27 triple draw tournamentAs I have mentioned elsewhere in this site 27 Triple Draw is more commonly played in tournament format off of the internet. That does not mean you can't find plenty of 27 Triple Draw tournaments online though. Pokerstars is the destination for all lowball players looking for a 2 to 7 tournament. They host a wide variety of tournaments with a wide variety of buy-in ranges. This includes sit and go tournaments as well. Pokerstars even includes 27 Lowball in all of their championship tournament events such as SCOOP and WCOOP. Pokerstars has been the capital of Triple Draw tournaments on the internet for many years.

27 Triple Draw Tournaments At Pokerstars

27 triple draw tournamentsEvery day Pokerstars around seven to ten 2-7 Single & Triple Draw tournaments. You have your choice between fixed limit and no limit. Apart from special events the largest Deuce to Seven Lowball tournament that's held on a regular basis is the Sunday $5,000 guaranteed. This tournament has a buy-in of $215 and on average has an overlay between $500 and $1,500. It really seems more like a sit and go than a tournament sometimes. Last Sunday there were only 21 players in the field. The overlays offer a lot of extra value however so I do not expect these small fields to continue for long, especially considering how fast the 27 Triple Draw action has grown since the recent addition of 8-game poker mix, which includes 27 Triple Draw.

If you don't have a bankroll that can cover a large buy-in like that there is no need to worry. A majority of the 27 Triple Draw tournaments offered by Pokerstars have buy-ins ranging from $2.20 to $22. The 27 Lowball sitngo action at Stars is pretty good as well. Buy-ins range from 500 FPP's to $215 so unless you are a high stakes player you won't have any trouble finding a sit and go.
